The ETV Club on campus of Eastern Michigan University brought together a kaleidoscopic mixture of passionate people wanting to actively participate in their zeal for video and film production. Studio B in Ford Hall is the epicenter of our energy, and are actively seeking to include ETV and EMU alumni in our mission to create meaningful digital content together.
Working together on campus since 2014, Executive Producer, Heather Irvine leads this team in recruiting past and future teammates for projects. Ford Studio B finds success in film competitions and festivals all over the world. Irvine's filmography is an excellent representation of our purpose to keep striving for more as we actively work to give back.
We are in a perpetual state of pre-production, always looking ahead to what can propel us forward towards guiding our teammates and group to the success they seek. Something is always in the works, stay poised for new content and visit our past work to discover what we're about. "Make Your Mark", "You Are Not Alone", "Find Your Center", and "Sing the Song You Want to be Heard".
Team Leader Heather Irvine lead a group of her Washtenaw Community College students in making a 4-minute film for the Iffy Movie Marathon last month. From writing to post-production they had 26.2 hours to create this splendid, quirky gem. Partnering with Queem for the first time, Heather and Ethan Williams co-wrote the script, and Ethan shot and edited this fast-paced horror/comedy.
